Refund Policy

At Press to Impress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are experiencing issues with sizing or quality, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn and unused items in their original condition and packaging. Items must show no signs of use and packaging must be intact. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase
  • Items must be unused, unworn and in original packaging
  • Items purchased with a promotional discount (excluding our welcome code VIP15) are non-refundable — a store credit will be issued instead
  • No direct exchanges are offered — once we receive your return, a store credit equivalent to the amount paid will be issued

How to Submit a Return

Email us at info@presstoimpressau.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for approval before sending your package back — we do not accept returns that have not been pre-approved.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.

Shipping Costs

Australia: Return shipping is covered by Press to Impress only if you received an incorrect or faulty item. All other returns are at the customer's expense.

New Zealand: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless you received an incorrect or faulty item.

Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email info@presstoimpressau.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
